Payment terms for our services will be agreed upon before the commencement of any work. Payment may be required upfront, on a milestone basis, or upon project completion, as specified in our agreement with you.
All intellectual property rights related to the services provided by Positive Script, including but not limited to software code, designs, and documentation, remain the property of Positive Script unless otherwise specified in writing.
Positive Script agrees to keep all information the client provides confidential and use it only to provide the agreed-upon services. This includes but is not limited to proprietary information, business plans, and trade secrets.
In no event shall Positive Script or its employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including potential losses of revenue, information, and business prospects, among other things.
Either party may terminate our agreement for services upon written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of these Terms and fails to remedy such breach within 30 days of receiving written notice of the violation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of India, Gujarat, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time, and any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after we post any modifications to the Terms will constitute your acceptance of such modifications.
